Stan Lazaridis is a tricky customer down the left flank and provides great service from the byline with his accurate left boot.

A deceptive runner with gangling strides, his dribbling skills often put opposing defences on the back foot. A great servant of Australian football, he made his Socceroos debut in 1993 and moved to England to join West Ham United in 1995.

Signed for Birmingham City in 1999 and helped the club gain promotion to the Premiership after a successful 2001/2002 season. For Australia, he played in the 1997 and 2001 FIFA Confederations Cups.
