Club: Hammarby, Sweden
Position: Goal Keeper

Likely to be Australia’s third-choice goalkeeper in Germany, Ante Covic won his first cap in February against Bahrain in an AFC Asian Cup qualifier.
Known as a fine shot-stopper, the much-travelled 30-year-old has already been on the books of Hertha Berlin in Germany and PAOK Saloniki in Greece before winning the No.1 shirt at Hammarby in Sweden’s first division.
Covic, who began his career back home at Marconi Stallions, was initially brought into coach Guus Hiddink’s squad ahead of the Socceroos' dramatic play-off victory over Uruguay in November 2005 and has since built up a good reputation.
