David Carney has been recalled to the Australia squad for Saturday's game against Uruguay. Carney is one of six Hyundai A-League players in Australia's squad for the game against the country that it beat to reach the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

It is also reported that goalkeeper coach Tony Franken is running the rule over Bouzanis, the teenager on loan to Sydney FC from Liverpool.
